M. Hassan Aouina manager and founder of VEGA Confection and L'industrie de la Confection is a leading expert in the textile sector :
- Graduated in 1969 from the Textile School of Denden- Tunis.
- Worked as Textile Technician at SOGETEX for 15 years.
- Completed several internships abroad
- Holding a stopwatch analyzer diploma.
These various experiences allowed him to be versatile in the textile and clothing sector.
Since 1989, Mr. AOUINA is heading VEGA Confection. In 2008 he extends his activity by launching a second textile company: L'Industrie de la Confection.
Supervision
The success of VEGA Confection and L'Industrie de la Confection is mainly due to a strict supervision of its skills and resources
- Each site is managed independently with its proper Production Manager.
- Each workshop :
- is supervised by a Technical Director
- Have its own Methodology, Service Quality, Scheduling Manager, Export / Import Manager and Maintenance Manager.
- Dispose of services dedicated to the management and production staff.
